All in the title really...

Anyone that might have felt let down by SimCity might ike this.

It's pretty, good UI, simple.

It is streamlined SimCity (ut that's what the last SimCity was supposed to be, but failed).

The cities are large, it's a lot of fun. It's also incredibly finished at launch, which is odd for these sort of games.

Two cherries on top of that.

1. It releases with Steam workshop active already, so loads of great mods will be created.

2. It can be had cheap: http://frugalgaming.co.uk/shop/cities-s ... sing-code/

Looks really good from the Twitch streams I've seen of it. Think the timing of release couldn't have been any better with EA shutting down Maxis recently.

I saw this and was intrigued. I've got enough to be getting on with without adding another game to my pile of things to play. I'll pick it up at some point probably when it's in the Steam sale

I need more FGUK folk to play and help me (I'm not surprisingly shit).

My only grip is the water/sewage pipes can't cross each other, or go above or below each other, for me it gets messy.

I'm not your man for that. Built a square zone, fudged up the electricity an water then everyone moved out. Epic fail.

I need some of you chapa playing this.....

Only tonight have I realised I can connect both sewage and water-pipes together :-?

I was treating it like some insane puzzle, until I mentioned it on Steam forums and got a bit of a ribbing.

Now I've bought a new plot (Map size is MASSIVE), but not sure how to proceed with roads and connections.

I started off by putting a water pump DOWNstream of a sewage pipe... my town drank their own Piss for a day and then abandoned me...

then it was announced on the twitter thingy, "most beautiful town" .. strange sense of pride at that point
