This is the part were I show my IT skills. What's an OS?
My laptop is a Toshiba satellite L300-1AP
Internet browser, as in the icon I click on? BT broadband? Lol or yahoo?
I can't get on at all.
All I know is, I click on bt broadband icon, the Internet/yahoo home page kinda appears, but is loading and it stays loading! When I go to try and log off, "not responding" appears!

I checked to see if it's connected to the broadband and it is.

That sounds all over the place.

Right. Has it ever worked?

How does your ps3 connect?
- wireless or WiFi?

How is you laptop connected?
- wireless or wifi?

Have you powered down and reset your router?

Do this.
Hold down Windows key and then R.
A wee dialogue should appear.
Type www.BBC.co.UK and then hit return.

What happens?

(typos not my fault, it was the keyboard, honest)

I use a wireless connection, but It's working now for some reason.
It was like that for a month.

My ps3 and iPhone always connected to my router no problem.

Umm, does the connection icon in the system tray (bottom right corner) give any useful info, I used to find that the "repIr connection" command would often fix a sulking wifi connection. That was on XP, not 100% sure if it's there or what it's called in Windows 7.
