Mine are trashed and i hardly play the PS4

Bought some 99p thumbstick covers for DS3 from GAME and they fit just fine over the original cheap rubber covers. (worth doing this before they get worn)
If you just have the plastic left i suggest a blob of silicone or blutack to fill the gap if its sloppy ;-)

Think you've got to work a bit more on your technique Wretro, or is it all the 720 no scope drop
Shots you keep pulling off?

My thumbsticks are still fine, but the right bumper keeps sticking. Which is pretty annoying since it is the button used in BF4 for spotting enemy player.

I think the worn bumper issue is a battlefield standard wear item, packed up 2 360 controllers with overuse of the spotter

I never really had problems with my controller till the right trigger started squeaking a bit the other day but that vanished quite quickly :-D

I bought the stick pad things when I got my PS4 replaced as I felt the rubber was wearing very quickly

L1 and R1 are very easy to fix. You can just prise them off and clean out with compressed air / cotton bud. My L1 got a bit jammed and managed to fix it in a couple of minutes :-)
