Yeah it's unlocked - do as you will.

Although trying to do right by the publishers has meant that Jim Sterling has beaten us to the punch with his video.

Still there may still be mileage.

I stick by my decision to wait until publisher got back to us. It was the right one for me and how I want to treat people. Scumbags or not (turns out, very much so), I would rather be sure.

For what it's worth, I think you made the right call - I don't think many people parted with money for it before the information became available.

Although it turns out it was as fishy (pardon the pun) as it first appeared, it was fair to go back to the publisher with this and I would support this process in the future - with a different publisher.

The story unfolding on Steam is interesting, it seems it really s some scuzzy known developer with a name change, from Azerbaijan... The countries only games developer.

Either the publisher is scum, or lazy and don't do the homework in regards to who they represent.
Either way, not cool.

Given the shitstorm that has erupted, I can't see them replying.

I've reported the games on Steam for breach of copyright.

Hi Lee,

I wanted to follow up on your email.

Based on your feedback and feedback from other sources, Kiss have taken the decision to remove this game from sale at Steam and all our other retail partners. We would like to apologise to both you and the writer you passed the game on to for any inconvenience and upset we managed to cause.

Obviously, we would love to keep in touch with you and hope that you will consider reviewing other games released by Kiss.
