I've just finished up my review, and I think that the multiplayer is pretty much surpassed these days by stuff like Destiny and Titanfall. COD multiplayer after those 2 seems a bit safe and boring, it's customisation and the new approach to jumping around levels done better by the new kids on the block.

But it's the single player that's the star here. It's just good. Good like how Captain America 2 is a really awesome action film, and nothing more. But that's ok, when it's that good. The cutscenes are the best I've ever seen, apart from the watery eye syndrome that every single character have. And obviously Spacey absolutely tears it up in every single way.

I'd rather have COD's jumping around than titanfalls. The shooting in COD feels so much better than titanfall. Titanfall was good for a while for me but never made me really want to get a quick game every now an then like COD AW does. The last time I felt this way about a COD game was MW2.

I'm going to have to fire up single player at some point an give it a blast, straight to MP for me, which unfortunately I think I may be too old for now, had some howlers last night, couldn't kill for toffee. Had maybe 2 good rounds over a 3 hour period. Need to slow my game down, playing the objective was getting me battered.

I gave ghosts one more chance after just briefly playing it at launch. I got absolutely raped a couple of months back after a few games which put me off, which then made my decision of cancelling my pre order along with the fact that I kept getting spawn killed like 50 times in 1 game. This one however I seem to be doing ok at it. Maybe because everyone are still getting used to it?

So played this for the first time last night (its been sitting in the boomerang envelope since last Wednesday). I was really surprised how much i enjoyed it. It's typical CoD, fast and frantic.

Finished the campaign last night and its good but not as worthy like MW was and none of the thoughts of "i must play that level again".

Waited through the credits to see any extra level or surprise after the last words were scrolling past but nothing not even music to accompany the scrolling credits. just a poignant black and white picture.

Its back to form though after the Ghosts shite.

looking forward to treyarch --@

Picked it up a few days ago, blasted through the single player campaign (it was ok, nothing special). I'm absolute shit at the multiplayer, really can't get on with it, so I traded it in at GAME for £39. CEX were offering £38 trade and it's GAME policy to beat them. Not bad considering I bought it in Tesco for £40.
