Might have to break this out of its shrink wrap soon. As much as I like racing games my skills are very, very limited

I COMMAND YOU TO KEEP US UP TO DATE WITH THE FILMS YOU'VE BEEN WATCHING!

Then you'd know the toss I actually watch instead of the intelligent things I say I watch :)

Leprechaun: Origins looks like a proper belter :-P
On that note Lee, you should use Letterboxd to log / review your films (and see what other friends are watching on there)

Oh man, I want to see Leprechaun Origins (I did try that app, I don't think my life needs more apps).

I've set up another club as the Frugal Gaming club was full. It's FGUK, there are currently 2 places left if anyone wants in :-)

Well I cracked it open and think I requested to join the club.

1st impressions are a bit mixed. Socially it's packed full of features and could see myself losing a lot of time to it.... if the actual racing wasn't so woolly. Might improve once I'm out of the hatchbacks and into something with a bit more grunt.

You know what, I really like this game. It is very straightforward, very unpretentious and it looks great. Handling is pretty weighty too and the little individual challenges is a nice touch. From a shakey start it has really matured into something a little special, although I would always still take the big open world of Forza most of the time.

Played it for an hour or so on Friday just to see what it was like. My head wasn't really in it but I enjoyed it for what it is

I have a cunning plan for games night that might just work......

We now have 2 Frugal Drive Clubs......

Only 6 per club....

BUT

On the online menus, you go look at what session you want to join and it has a clock ticking down - telling you when that event will start.
If we had both clubs on and Skyping, in theory, both clubs join an event and we should be racing against each other.

maybe try this out soon?
